We offer excellent customer service. Your email will be answered by a real person, not a robot.

Some people send us multiple emails all at once asking the same question - that's impolite, folks ! Send one, then wait 24 hours please.


IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE ....

Some Internet Service Providers - such as AOL and Earthlink - routinely bounce email that they think is spam (ie unwanted advertising). We have no way of knowing that our email didn't reach you , because they no longer send bounce messages !

Also, if you are sending us an email from work, be aware that many companies have severe spam filtering that blocks our replies.

So if you haven't received a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. If our reply is not in there, supply a DIFFERENT email address and we'll try again. You can get free accounts at mail.com or hotpop.com or hotmail.com

TELEPHONE ?

We don't provide telephone support. You would probably just get our voicemail, then when we figured out your foreign phone number and figured out the time zones to Paris, Barcelona or Virginia, and then returned the call, we would probably just get YOUR voicemail ! And some folks want to be our friends and have long, expensive chats about their favorite movies. And hobbies. So everything via email please.


RETURNS INFORMATION

If the DVD you purchased doesn't work on your machine, send an email to darren@moviesearch.com.au stating your order number, country, movie title, brand of DVD player and model of DVD player.

Using this information we can often fix the problem via email ! If we can't quickly get you up and running, we will then send a refund offer via email.

The model number is usually in the format ABC-123, and can be found on the front of the machine, the back of the machine near the serial number, and on the front page of the manual.
