
RETURNS & PROBLEMS
If the DVD you purchased doesn't work on your machine, send an email to darren@moviesearch.com.au or click on the "Comments" link on the left of this page, stating -
1.Your order number
2.Your country
3.The movie title
4.The brand and model of your DVD player.
5. The error message or a description of the problem
Using this information we can often quickly fix the problem via email ! If we can't quickly get you up and running, we will then send a refund offer via email.
The model number is usually in the format ABC-123, and can be found on the front of the machine, the back of the machine near the serial number, and on the front page of the manual.
We successfully make many sales to the USA, and the return rate from that country is less than 5%. However 99% of those returns are caused by the customer simply ignoring the compatibility info in the product description.

If you do not receive a response within 2 days, your spam filter has grabbed our reply. Check your spam folder.
If you still can't find it, you need to send us another email using a completely different email address (preferably one that doesn't have a spam filter).
