Pretend you are pushing a shopping cart around your favorite supermarket. When you see something you like, you grab it off the shelf and place it in your cart. When you have finished choosing your goods from the shelves, you go to the checkout, where you pay for your items.

If you change your mind about having an item in your cart, click on the "remove" button on the right hand side. Give it a try, add an item to your cart and then remove it.

If you need multiple copies of an item, click in the quantity box and change the number from "1" to "2". Then click on the "Update" button underneath on the left. Give it a try, put a movie in your cart, change the quantity to "9", and then click "update". You will see the subtotal amount change to something quite big ! Now change it back to "1" and click "update", or click "remove".

After placing a desired item in your cart, you may be in the mood to look at more items (we offer discounted postage for multiple items).
* If you click the "Continue Shopping" button you will be returned to the item you last looked at.
* If you want to look at different movies, click on the "Full List of Movies" link on the left side of the page.
When you later place another movie into your shopping cart, you will notice that your first selection is still in there.

Neat trick - Starting from the moviesearch.com.au page, you can click on various titles, and they will all open up in separate browser windows. Then clicking "Add to Shopping Cart" in several of these browser windows will conveniently add the items to the ONE shopping cart. No matter how many browser windows you open up, they will all deposit the DVD's into a single collective shopping cart.

If you have finished viewing other items, click on the light yellow "View Shopping cart" button, which can be found on every product page.

To proceed with payment, click on the yellow "CHECKOUT" button. On the next page you will notice that a little yellow padlock appears down the bottom of your browser. This means that any info you type in will be encrypted so that only WE can see your private details at this end. Even if someone else intercepted your details, it is impossible for them to decode the information. If you double click on the padlock itself, you will see some technical info about the encryption service that has been implemented by this website.

If you ever type in something into a website which does NOT have a padlock showing, it means that anyone who intercepts the data can read everything you typed in plain English. This is why credit card and other private details should never be sent via email, or typed into an website without a padlock !

After you hit the "Checkout" button, the next few pages will ask some questions. The "Shipping address" is where you actually want the parcel to be delivered. You are welcome to use a PO Box, or your work address, or any address that is convenient for delivery.
The "Billing address" is the address where your credit card statement is sent each month. This is asked for security reasons. If the address is incorrect the transaction may not be approved.

During the checkout procedure there will be an option to pay via Paypal instead of a credit card. Paypal is a great way to make internet purchases without giving sellers your credit card details. Within a few minutes you will receive an automated acknowledgement email, and then within 1 - 2 days you will receive an email from a real person confirming that the transaction was successful.
